1. Acceptance

By creating an account on GoEthical.in or purchasing BugOps V4.5, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. License

BugOps V4.5 is sold as a single-machine, lifetime license. You may install and use it on one device per license key. Volume or team licensing is available on request via support@goethical.in.

3. Permitted use

• Authorized security testing of systems you own or have written permission to test.
• Bug bounty programs where you are a registered researcher.
• Educational and lab environments.

4. Prohibited use

• Unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Attacks targeting infrastructure without prior written consent.
• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing license keys.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the license key has not been activated on a production machine. After activation, refunds are case-by-case — email support@goethical.in with your Payment ID.

6. Disclaimer

BugOps V4.5 is provided "as is" without warranty. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorization before scanning any target.
