What we collect
- Account info — your email, name, and password (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash). We never store your password in plain text.
- Payment info — handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking credentials.
- License activations — when you activate BugOps V4.5, we record a machine fingerprint and the activation timestamp.
- Email interactions — license keys, broadcast announcements, password reset links.
What we don't collect
- No tracking pixels, no third-party analytics, no fingerprinting scripts.
- No selling or sharing of your data with advertisers.
Where data is stored
All account + payment data lives on Hostinger shared hosting (India region). License keys are stored on the same server.
Your rights
- Access — sign in and visit your dashboard.
- Deletion — email support@goethical.in and we'll delete your account + all data within 7 days.
- Opt out of broadcast emails — reply "unsubscribe" to any broadcast.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie (named GOETHSESS) for sign-in, plus an optional "remember me" cookie (GOETH_REMEMBER). No third-party cookies.
